SHILLONG: The All Shillong Nepali Mahila Samity organised a programme to mark the International Women’s Day on April 3 at the Upper Mawprem Socio, Sports and Cultural Hall, Shillong. Single mothers from different strata of society were felicitated for their indelible sacrifice in bringing up their children against all odds.
