SHILLONG: One woman was allegedly raped by one person at Mutong village. One lady lodged a complaint that on April 12 at around 11 pm, one Kiyo Dkhar raped her at Mutong village and threatened her with dire consequences.In another incident, one Rintu Talukdar assaulted and attempted to molest a married woman at 13th Mile Tamulkuchi, Byrnihat. The incident happened on April 13 and it caused injury to the victim.
