SHILLONG: The central leadership of BJP is yet to take a decision on whether to field any candidate to contest the by-poll to the Tura Lok Sabha seat.
The seat is vacant after the sitting Tura MP PA Sangma passed away on March 4.
An official with the party said on Monday that the central leaders of the party are yet to take a call on the matter.
Meanwhile, the National Council Member of BJP from Garo Hills Edmund Sangma  also clarified that the party has not yet taken any decision on the matter.
He added that the only instruction now is to constitute the Mandal Committees within April and submit the report accordingly.
