Spectacle misplaced, hearing adjourned

SHILLONG: Misplacing of his pair glasses by a senior lawyer led to the adjournment of hearing of a case in the High Court of Meghalaya on Monday.The Judge while passing an order observed: “Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has misplaced his spectacle and without the help of his spectacle it is difficult for him to read the brief and therefore seeks further time and suggested that the matter may be fixed on 13-05-2016”.
Accordingly, the Judge fixed May 13 as the next date of hearing.
