SHILLONG: A labourer died after he fell from an under construction building at Fire Brigade on Thursday at around 5:30 PM.The deceased, identified as one Md. Rafikul Islam (32), fell from the under construction structure after which he was shifted to Bethany Hospital, but was declared brought dead.
