Assam CM calls on Pranab

New Delhi: Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Monday called on President Pranab Mukherjee and discussed with him various issues concerning the state.
On his maiden visit to the national capital after assuming the office of the Chief Minister, Sonowal called on the President to seek his blessings and also discussed several issues pertaining to the state, an official said.
The President assured Sonowal of his guidance and help and wished him the very best. (PTI)
