Documents forged
Dr. S. Marywell Lyngdoh lodged a complaint that in Nov 2013, one David Pillair, president and CEO of St. Andrew’s Academy, Pune, issued a forged Transcript Sheets of Martin Luther Christian University, Shillong to students at Pune.
Thieves nabbed
On June 2, residents nabbed three persons Limberson Lyngdoh, Syiel Maiong (28) and Jekim Makhroh (22) for stealing food items belonging to Aganwadi from ICDS office at Patharkhmah in Ri Bhoi district on June 2. The accused were later handed over to the police.
Minor repeatedly raped
On June 1, one Dilip Kumar of Lawsohtun was handed over to the police for repeatedly raping a thirteen-year-old girl at Lawsohtun. The matter in under investigation.
