SHILLONG: Four persons accused of raping a nine-year-old girl at Riangdo, West Khasi Hills in November last year surrendered before police at Nongstoin on June 19. The mother of the victim had in her complaint accused Klaiwos Shiangbai (42), Abinus Thabah (48), Kesarlin L. Marshillong and Wan Khardewsaw (28) of raping her minor daughter.
