SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Peoples Human Rights Council (MPHRC) has sought a high level inquiry into the incident in Williamnagar Civil Hospital where a pregnant woman was forced to deliver her baby inside the toilet allegedly due to non-cooperation from the hospital staff.
