SHILLONG: A pregnant woman who was in the advance stage of pregnancy was assaulted by her husband Md. Sidik Miah (25) in Mahendraganj. The woman lodged a complaint that her husband assaulted her in-spite being pregnant. She was taken to Mahendraganj CHC for treatment.
