SHILLONG: A under trial prisoner (UTP), undergoing treatment at the Shillong Civil Hospital, died on Monday morning Police said that the deceased Shamol Ali (23), lodged at District Jail, Shillong in connection with a theft case under Rynjah police station, was admitted to the hospital recently.
