SHILLONG: Ramesh Chandra, Assistant Director (OL) and P.C. Gayari, Constable (GD), of NEPA, Umsaw, Meghalaya, have been named as winners of the Union Home Minister’s Medal for Excellence in Police Training, for indoor and outdoor category. The winners will get a medal, a scroll and cash prize of Rs. 25,000.
