SHILLONG:  The Joint Action Committee of All Teachers’ Association of Meghalaya (JACATAM) will hold a rally on August 5 at 11 am. The decision was taken on the last day of the three-day agitation on Friday. The JACATAM is protesting against the alleged indifferent attitude of the State government towards  its demand for provincialization of services of over 14,000 teachers of 4500 ad hoc, deficit and government aided schools in the State.
