Speaking to media persons here on Friday after holding a meeting of the Select Committee, Chief Minister Mukul Sangma said the Committee had detailed discussions on every clause of the Bill, keeping in mind its over-all objectives.
According to Sangma, the Select Committee has almost completed a thorough study of the Bill and he is optimistic that the Committee would give a final seal on the recommendations on September 7 before finally presenting the report in the upcoming autumn session of the Assembly beginning from September 9.
