Uttar Purbanchal Rajya Samiti conference

SHILLONG: NiKhil Bharat Bongo Sahitya Sammelan (NBBSS) Shillong branch will organize the 5th Uttar Purbanchal Rajya Samiti (North Eastern State level) conference on September 10 at Aurobindo Institute of Indian Culture.
The  programme will start at 10 am with flag hoisting followed by felicitation to Dr Jayanta Bhattacharjee, ex Vice Chancellor, Assam University, Dr Mihirkanti Chaudhury , VC Tezpur University, Pritish Chakraborty, president  of NBBSS, Smiti, writer cum journalist Atin Das, literary discussions by Prof. Amalendu Chakraborty and Prof. Md  S. Rahman, release of  souvenir, prize distribution and cultural programmes.
Singer from Kolkata Rajiv Chattopadhaya, local organization Suranjana, Nritya Malanchu and others will perform.
