SHILLONG: Police on Saturday arrested one person in the city and seized suspected heroin from his possession.The accused Daniel Khongwir was arrested from Umsohsun on Saturday evening and 1.58 grams of suspected heroin, two syringes and equal number of empty Chinese balm containers were recovered from his possession.
