UDP candidate for Laban

SHILLONG: The Shillong City District of the UDP, which met here on Tuesday, recommended and forwarded the candidature of  Fedrick Joplang Lynshiang to the  State Election Committee of the party  for approval, as the candidate for the by election to Laban constituency.
