Body recovered in North Garo Hills

On November 3, around 10.30am, the body of one Kanoon Bala Rabha, 70, was recovered from a rubber plantation at Tillapara village (NGH). Necessary formalities were observed and the cadaver was handed over to the relatives. Police stated that there was no foul play into her death and the family has requested the District Administration for exemption of postmortem, which was granted.
