SHILLONG: A person was charred to death after his house was gutted by fire in South West Khasi Hills.
Police said that on December 26 at around 7 pm, a fire broke out in a house belonging to one Kesi Wanniang at Pharmahiong Mawlein village in South West Khasi Hills. In the incident, the owner, who was in the house was charred to death.
