SHILLONG: The State unit of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has expressed concern over the rising crime against women and children.In a statement to the press, BJYM president, referring to the January 1 gang rape of a 17-year-old girl from Mawryngkneng and the trafficking of a 14-year-old girl, condemned the harassment of.
