SHILLONG: The rally against trafficking will be held on Wednesday.CSWO president Agnes Kharshiing said the rally will begin from Madan Iewrynghep (Fire Brigade) and take the St. Edmund’s-Dhankheti route to proceed towards the Additional Secretariat. Sending an invitation to silent victims of sexual assaults, she said, “We invite all people to join the rally, especially those who were silent victims, and don’t be scared of political terror tactics. We are asking them to come forward, confide in us, we will never reveal their names.”
Kharshiing said people from all walks of life, who are concerned about children who are being trafficked, will participate in the rally to condemn the heinous crime.
