Rs 2 lakh for information on ASAK chief

SHILLONG: South West Garo Hills police has announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh for providing information about the commander-in-chief of ASAK, Reding T. Sangma.
“Any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of Reding T. Sangma will be rewarded Rs 2 lakh in cash by the office of the Superintendent of Police, South Garo Hills,” said district SP Anand Mishra, adding that the identity of the informant will be kept secret. ASAK outfit is active in South Garo Hills district and has been unleashing terror at a time when the Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA) and other outfits are dormant.
