SHILLONG: Shillong Police on Monday arrested two members of the banned HNLC from the city. East Khasi Hills SP M Kharkrang informed that one Samuel Wahlang Pahsyntiew (30) hailing from Mairang was arrested in Police Bazar while Hebingstun Khongbuh (18) of Nonghallam was arrested from Motphran. Both are new members of the outfit and Wahlang Pahsyntiew was even sent to Bangladesh for training.
