SHILLONG: Taking a tough stance towards preventing the illegal coal mining inside Rongrenggre Reserve Forest, the East Garo Hills DC has issued an order to refill the coal pits.
In this regard, the DC has issued a circular wherein, Tennystar R Marak, Executive Magistrate, EGH has been entrusted to carry out the order with effect from Feb 16
