Bharat scouts & Guides in State celebrates Founder’s Day

Shillong: Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides (MBSG) celebrated Founder’s Day in the city on Wednesday.
Chief Secretary K.S Kropha, who was addressing the gathering at the programme that commemorated Lord Baden Powell’s 150th birth anniversary, said the scouts and guides movement makes the youth responsible citizens.
Kropha, who is also the president of the scouts and guides in Meghalaya, presented D.P Wahlang with the Warrant of Appointment as the new State Chief Commissioner of MBSG.
