SHILLONG: The 43rd anniversary of B. K. Bajoria School will be celebrated on March 10, together with release of the latest issue of “Efflorescence”, the magazine of K. L. Bajoria College.
A Bhajan Sandhya – evening of devotional songs will be arranged on the Seminar Hall of the School. A team from the Chinmaya Mission, Guwahati will render the songs.

The Shillong Times first appeared as a tabloid weekly on 10th August 1945 under the editorship of Late Sudhindra Bhusan Chaudhuri. In 1958 it was converted to a Daily. Owing to financial constraints, within six months it reverted back to a weekly.
