FIR against cop

SHILLONG: An FIR has been filed against a police constable for extortion and also for firing in the air at Chokpot in South Garo Hills.
Two women, Miltha Ch Marak and Nekjak Ch Marak, lodged the complaint that on March 18, armed branch constable Tengkan A Sangma of Chokpot PS extorted a sum of Rs. 1,25,080 from them and also fired the air at Deku Bazar.
