Seminar on yoga and naturopathy underway

SHILLONG: A three-day State-level seminar on Yoga and Naturopathy organised by the Meghalaya State Ayush Society and sponsored by the Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy got underway on Tuesday at the Aurobindo Institute of Indian Culture. Additional Chief Secretary cum Chairman, Meghalaya State Ayush Society, Y. Tsering, said participants can benefit a lot from the seminar and pass them on to the masses.
Terming yoga and naturopathy as an ancient form of technique used in preventing and curing diseases, Tsering said one can regain a healthy life by maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
During the course of the seminar, experts will give detailed presentation on different topics on yoga and related subjects.
