Shylla seeks resolution on country plan Act

SHILLONG: UDP MDC from Nongkrem HS Shylla has threatened to take legal course within a week if the government does not provide the resolution related to the consent of the district councils for implementation of Meghalaya Town and Country Planning Act, 1973 in the council areas.

Shylla met Urban Affairs Minister Ronnie V Lyngdoh in this regard on Thursday.

The MDC met Lyngdoh since he got a reply from KHADC that there was no resolution on the part of the Council.

The copy of the letter in this regard was given to Lyngdoh by Shylla.
