BSF, Ruprekha claim victories in U-18 Inter School Cricket

SHILLONG: BSF Senior Secondary School defeated Buddha Vidya Niketan by a whooping margin of 201 runs in the Senior U-18 category of the Inter School Cricket Tournament 2017 on Thursday.
Put in to bat first, BSF School plundered runs to amass 253 for the loss of 8 wickets in 25 overs with contributions of 77 and 76 runs by Aman Kumar and Ranjan Kishore Yadav, respectively.
Chasing 254 runs, Buddha Vidya Niketan were all out for 52 runs as Raja Kumar Gupta scalped 6 wickets for BSF School.
In the other match of the day, Ruprekha Parishad Secondary School got the better of Shillong Secondary School by 33 runs.
