‘Tirobhav Tithi’
The Yogamaya Ashram, Laban will observe the 42nd Tirobhav Tithi of Thakur Suryananda Maharaj on the Ashram premises at Three Pine Colony on May 14. The observation will commence with the Adhibasha at 6PM on May 13. Various rituals and special prayer sessions will be held on May 14.
Musical afternoon
Oikotan, a group of Tagore lovers from NEHU, Shillong will organize a ‘musical afternoon’ to honour Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore and Kazi Nazrul Islam on May 13 at Old Guest Home auditorium, NEHU, Shillong from 2-5 pm.
