MVI offcial allegedly demands bribe

SHILLONG: In the statement issued on Friday by the FKJGP said that the Federation had approached the DTO office, Lachumiere to apprise on the allegation of a person that the Motor Vehicle Inspector (MVI) demanded money from him, who came for a test in the DTO office.
The Federation alleged that the MVI who goes by the name of Shylla, demanded money from the boy to teach signal test as witnessed from the mobile phone recording. They also met the DTO H F Khongsit to apprise him on the unpunctuality of the employees, the issuance of license to people who have political links and others.
