Danielstone Lyngdoh has been appointed as the nominate District Youth Congress president of West Khasi Hills .

In pursuant to provision 16 (2) of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (Appointment and Succession of Syiem, Deputy Syiem, electors and Rangbah Shnong of Mylliem Syiemship) Act 2007 read with rule 5 sub rule (B) clause ( 3) of the Administration of Mylliem Syiemship rules, 2016, Syiem and Dorbar Hima Mylliem has informed all the headman under the Mylliem syiemship, administrative, territorial, judicial and quasi judicial jurisdiction to obtain a letter of appointment and send within a period of 30 days.
