Manipur, Mizoram to meet in boys’ final of AR CAPF U-19 football

Shillong: Mizoram and Manipur will meet in the boys’ final of the Assam Rifles CAPF Under-19 Football Tournament on Saturday after both recorded victories in the semi-final round at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Wednesday.
Mizoram beat hosts Meghalaya 1-0. Manipur, on the other hand, had an easier outing, defeating Tripura 4-0.
The girls’ semifinals will be decided on Thursday. Manipur will take on Mizoram at 1:00pm and Meghalaya will face Nagaland at 3:30pm.
