ETV Bangla talent hunt held

SHILLONG: Around 156 school children participated in the talent hunt show organised by Four Icon Media entertainment Private Limited on Sunday.
Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Zenith Sangma and South Shillong MLA Sanbor Shullai were the guests on the occasion.
Zenith enthralled the gathering with his songs. Speaking on the occasion, Zenith recalled his childhood and his late mother’s contribution in motivating him towards music as he advised students to excel in the field of music.
“Since childhood I had great passion for music,” Zenith said while mentioning that music helps him to remain stress free.  Children between the age group of 4-16 years participated in the reality show featuring acting, singing, dancing and instrumental music.
The show will be shown in ETV Bangla.
 With an aim to explore North-eastern states and emphasise on the cultural diversity of states like Meghalaya, Assam and Tripura, songs and dances of various tribes and various regions including Khasi was added in the programme  
 The show focused on the cultural ethnicity of tribes as well as the talents.
