SHILLONG: The Deputy Commissioner (Excise) East Khasi Hills district has declared August 15, 2017 as dry day throughout the entire district of East Khasi Hills on account of Independence Day.
All Bonded Warehouse, IMFL Shops, Bars, Hotels, Clubs and Outstill shops shall remain closed on the above mentioned date.
