Body recovered
In the morning of August 23, body of Ningjin Sangma (80) was found lying on the roadside at Damdiloka village in South West Garo Hills.
Guard assaults colleague
On August 25 around 1.45 pm, Albinass Benjamin assaulted Todan D Sangma (18) inside NEHU Campus, Mawlai. As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was admitted to a hospital. Both of them are Security Guards of NEHU Campus.
Batteries stolen
On the night of August 25, miscreants stole 72 batteries from Bharti Infratel towers at Sohryngkham and Mawlyndep.
