SHILLONG: Secretary, NPP Kharkutta Block, Parling Stone Sangma clarified on Sunday that a ‘fake notice’ was served to the party supporters for a meeting on September 2 without any signature of the sender.
“At present, the Kharkutta Block NPP has appointed president, secretary and other office bearers. If any meeting is to be convened, the notice is usually served by the secretary of the Block NPP”, Sangma said.
He added that the meeting held on September 2 cannot be considered as real NPP meeting and it is aimed at taking political advantage.
