SHILLONG: On September 12 around 1.30 pm, one vehicle driven by Da-O-Hipaia Phawa skidded on the road at Umran Dairy in Ri Bhoi. One of the occupants sustained injuries and was shifted to Bethany Hospital, Shillong.
