KL Complex owner issues legal notice to Hotel Knight Inn

SHILONG: Advocate Manoj Sharma under the instruction of his client, Khrikshon Lyngkhoi , owner of KL Complex, has issued a legal notice to Suman Baby Jaiswal and Sanjeev Jaiswal of Hotel Knight Inn, KL Complex demanding both of them to vacate the rented premises and hand over the possession of the same peacefully to his client within 15 days of the receipt of the notice.
The legal notice issued on September 18 also asked both of them to desist from making false, vicious, baseless, bias and unwarranted allegations in the future.
The legal notice added that in case of a failure on the part of the notice receivers to comply with the averments, he has been directed to file an eviction suit for the vacation of the rented premises and also to file a criminal defamation case against them.
The legal notice also said that the notice receivers by filing the FIR and giving false statements in the print and visual media have caused mental disturbance, harassment and it has also hurt his clients’ image and reputation in the society.
