Congress MDC PT Sawkmie pointed out that the old session hall was utilised by a certain department with an officer seated on the chair of the Chairman, to which he was informed that it was the trade department.
In this connection, KHADC CEM PN Syiem admitted that the District Council was short of rooms.
He stated that the executive committee would look into what needed to be done with the old building that housed the session hall.
