SHIILLONG: Senior BJP leader from Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday attended the extended core committee meeting of the party in one of the resorts in Umiam.
BJP functionaries said
it was an internal meeting and various issues pertaining to the party in view of the elections were discussed.
The meeting was attended by several wings of the party, besides senior state leaders. Sarma left for Guwahati immediately after the meeting.
