A complaint was lodged by Tiewsoh Kharjahrin that on October 21 circa 5 pm, miscreants stole one TV set from his brother’s house at Pdengshnong, Madanrting.
In another incident, C.V.L Ruata lodged a complaint that on October 19, miscreant stole his cell-phone and ATM card at Rhino Bazar, Happy Valley, Shillong. Till date his phone is active and the miscreant is using his Facebook account and e-mail to post unwanted messages in social network. Further, the miscreant demanded Rs. 15,000 from the complainant to return his stolen phone and ATM card.
Rupa Dey lodged a complaint that on October 17 around 3.30 pm, one miscreant snatched her purse containing cash, cell-phone, documents, etc, at Nongmynsong,
Reynold Nongsiej lodged a complaint that on October 2, his hydraulic excavator machine was stolen from Mawiong, and it is reported that the stolen machine is being used at Surupathar area, Golaghat district, Assam.
