Three held for smuggling ganja

SHILLONG: The Border Security Force on Saturday arrested three persons, all residents of Assam, for allegedly smuggling contraband and seized 31 kg of ganja on the international border.The seized truck with with Assam registration and found the marijuana worth Rs 3,10,000. The three persons arrested have been identified as Md Majibur Rahman of Rampur, Assam, Shekhaful Islam and Niranjan Das, both from Silchar.
