Shillong: A complaint was lodged that on November 28, one unidentified person dragged a thirteen-year-old girl to a nearby jungle at Borsora (SWKH) and sexually assaulted her.
In another incident, a fourteen-year-old was verbally abused by Suku Ray (22) on November 3 when he entered her residence at Paglipara (SWGH).Her father lodged a complaint and said this is not the first time that he had done this.
