On March 19 around 12.10 am, one scooty (ML-05Q-3556) ridden by Jordan Sawian (26) dashed against one Hyundai Creta (ML-05P-0006) at Laitumkhrah Police point, Shillong. As a result, the scooty rider sustained injuries and was admitted at Nazareth Hospital, Shillong.
On March 18 around 11.30 am, one Maruti Alto (ML-05M-4141) driven by D. Dkhar (33) collided with one tourist vehicle (ML-05N-1839) driven by Raymond Synjri (36) at Laitkor, Ksehbilat. The driver of both vehicles and three occupants sustained injuries and were admitted to the hospital.
On March 18 around 8.30 pm, a government vehicle (Maruti Swift D’zire ML-01-3178) dashed against one truck (AS-01BC-8991) at Sohryngkham The three occupants sustained injuries and were shifted to the hospital.
On March 18 around 9.30 pm, one Maruti Zen (AS-04G-3310) dashed against one truck at Mawiong Rim, Shillong. Two occupants of the Maruti Zen sustained injuries and were admitted to the hospital.
On March 17 around 3 pm, one Maruti car (ML-05D-6111) met with an accident at Khlieh Umtrew (RB). As a result, three occupants sustained injuries and were shifted to the hospital.
On March 17, one Maruti car (ML-05C-3246) driven by Kitboklang Surong (28) dashed against a fencing post at 7th Mile, Upper Shillong. As a result, the driver, his wife and their three-year-old daughter sustained injuries and were admitted at Woodland Hospital, Shillong.
On March 16, one truck (ML-04-6356) going uphill at Tahkhniang village (WJH), broke down and went downhill. One occupant, Sain Panoh, jumped off the truck and sustained grievous injuries and died later. Necessary formalities were observed.
