SHILLONG: Congress MDC from Sohra constituency, Donevan Kharwanlang urged the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council to intervene into the alleged land encroachment of Saitsohpen which is under Saitsohpen sirdarship.
The MDC, who visited Sohra constituency also gave away a Bolero pickup to the Elaka Saitsohpen to be used by the village.
