MeECL clarifies

Shillong: The CEO of MPDCL Joe Hynniewta has clarified about a photograph which was published in The Shillong Times recently and said that it was the public who have thrown garbage inside the electric transformer in Keating Road. He also clarified about the photograph of an electric pole which belonged to BSNL and not the MeECL.
