Cabby arrested for rape of minor

JOWAI: A local taxi driver, Rilang Paslein was arrested from Jowai on Friday for allegedly raping a 16-year-old, police said. 23-year-old, Paslein hailed from Lakasein village, East Jaintia Hills. He was arrested based on the complaint lodged against him by the girl and her relatives.
