Shillong: President of VDP, Tiehsaw locality, Nongstoin lodged a complaint that VDP members detected two soap boxes containing suspected drugs from the premises of a rented house of Diles Sohshang, in the locality.
On receiving information, the police rushed to the spot and recovered 15.56 grams of heroin.
